We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Since all AKURO products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at:

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
